At a wedding, first outing with this particular band, (sound "check" done by stand-in, player was late), couple of bars into first song and I'm not getting any rythme giutar. The PFL on the mic is ok, and see it pointing at the cab, WTF ! I get the fellows attention with a mini-mag, and he flashes me back a shit-eating grin, and keeps "strumming" away. Hey, he seems happy.
At the break, I ask him how his rig sounds. "Who knows" he answers, "I don't know how to play guitar. -lead singer- asked me to just pretend I was a rock star. He promissed the couple 7 bodies on stage, and that's what there gonna get !"
