Mike Allen is bringing his HP300 sine gen and his HP o-scope. There are other local test bench guys I'm contacting to see if they can go mobile for a day. The more, the merrier.

I choose 'What' for a hundred. WTF are you talking about? Deep in my checkered past I have used this imperfect beast without much joy but I haven't been bitten by the 6dB button the one or two times I decided to push it.

Details, please. What did you experience?

You know, I wasn't planning on engaging any of the 6dB buttons on any of the DUTs even though I was going to include the cut-only mode on those that offered it. Maybe I should put 6dB on the test procedure! I guess it's my habit never to engage those buttons so I imagined nobody else ever did. Kinda childish, eh?
